Project execution, risk assessment and QC process
- Appoint an ad hoc group project leader: Specific staff is organized by project manager, mechanical engineers, graphics engineers, electrical engineers, procurement personnel and contractors.
- Customer needs and basic technical data validation: Provide technical forms and drawings to the customer and make the first-time communication, and keep the technical data in record.
- 3D object simulation on system product and design validation: Carry out system product components, structural strength calculation, 3D motion simulation, system installation space requirements and planning of operating space drawings in accordance with the relevant technical date provided by customer.
- Arrangement of production process of system products, equipment advantages and production process: select appropriate tools and plan production flow based on the final technical information and drawings validated by the customer.
- Integrate system architecture and product design drawings for the check-up confirmation of system products safety: integrate system flow chart, mechanical dimensional figure, mechanical assembly drawings, mechanical specifications, machine safety structure position illustration, circuit diagrams and electrical components list, monitoring design and components list, operator's position and operating space diagram, or product design plan; based on mechanical, electrical and customer needs to check the actual product safety standards, and sent the results to the customer for confirmation.
- Acceptance and improvement of system products, issue a modification report and keep it in the customer service record: After the installation of the system products is accepted by the customer, we will conduct an internal review and verification on the installation performance, and make a revision report and keep it in file to improve the quality stability of the system product, and include the information in customer service record.
- Risk assessment of system products installation: Examine and assist project members to acquire relevant safety certificates, as well as actually commission the consultant to understand and get the risk assessment of the installation of company's standard system products.
- File and keep the technical papers of system products: Technical data will go through final filing and revision, and then is given to customer; all papers will be kept in company's files.
